Announcing the 2024 Peer Connections Mentoring Program

The NAPAHE Professional Development Committee is thrilled to announce the continuation of the peer-to-peer mentoring program, Peer Connections, for the 2024 calendar year.

Sometimes you just need to talk to someone who understands what you are going through, who can offer objective advice, share experiences and expose you to resources you might not be aware of.  In most institutions there is only one person who understands your role – YOU; but at NAPAHE, there are over 800 of us!

This program is open to all active members, and peers will be matched based on similar professional interests and challenges, institution type and size, and role. After an introductory orientation meeting, peer connections will be asked to set up virtual recurring monthly meetings for six months.

More information and a link to apply for this year's cohort can be found on the Professional Development page of NAPAHE's website (membership required). For questions, please contact Eddie Cullinane, Professional Development Committee Vice-Chair, at This email address is being protected from spambots.
