Notice of Annual Meeting: Saturday, January 20, 2024

Dear Members,

You're invited to join us on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at 11:20 to 11:50 a.m. EST, for the National Association of Presidential Assistants in Higher Education's Annual Business Meeting, to be held in the Independence Ballroom at the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC, at the conclusion of the 2024 National Conference.

This email serves as official six (6) week notice of the annual meeting. In accordance with the bylaws, an annual meeting of the members shall be held for the transaction of such business as may properly come before the members, including but not limited to election/re-election of board members and officers, necessary bylaw revisions, passing of the gavel, and other important business. All members are invited to attend. "Active" Members are encouraged to vote, in accordance with the bylaws.

"Know Before You Go" Pre-Conference Webinars Scheduled

Have you registered for the NAPAHE conference but have questions?  Are you interested in tips-and-tricks for how to get the most out of the conference?  Would you like to meet people before arriving in Washington DC? 

If you are a first-time attendee to the conference, we invite you to join our Know Before You Go webinars on either Friday, December 8 or Tuesday, January 9.  These sessions are designed to help you navigate the conference so you get the most out of your NAPAHE experience, provide an opportunity for you to get to know other attendees in advance, and answer all big or small questions you have related to the conference.  We will cover subjects such as: 

  • What to expect
  • Meet members of the NAPAHE Board and the Conference Planning Committee
  • Conference overview
  • Small group discussions
  • Open Q&A
