Membership levels begin with a single NAPAHE membership for $225 (for one person).

Additional group members from the same campus may be included for $75 per person.

Memberships are good for one year, beginning on the date the membership is activated.
All major credit cards are accepted. After registering, you will receive email notification with user information and a welcome message along with your invoice attached as a PDF. Please check your spam folders for these emails if you do not receive them.

We are trying to move away from mail in payments, so please pay by credit card if possible. If not, we are still accepting mail-in payments; please fill out the subscription form and select mail-in as your payment option.
Membership Plans
Individual Membership
Get started with an Individual NAPAHE Membership to gain access to all that the association has to offer. Memberships start at just $225.00/year.
Small Group Membership
Join NAPAHE as a small group to share the benefits with your colleagues. Additional members can be added to your annual membership for $75/person.
Large Group Membership
Join NAPAHE as a large group to share the benefits across your campus. Additional members can be added to your annual membership for $75/person.

What payment methods are accepted?
NAPAHE accepts all major debit/credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Alternatively, members can select "Bill Me" to receive a payment-pending invoice, allowing you to pay by check or online at a later date. All new memberships are activated when payment is received and processed.

When do I need to renew my membership?
All memberships expire on the one-year anniversary of their initial sign-up (or most recent renewal). For example, if you signed up on October 1, 2024, your membership will expire on October 1, 2025. Memberships are eligible for renewal up to 90 days before their expiration date and members will receive automatic reminders starting at 90 days before the expiration date.

What if I need to make an adjustment to my membership subscription?
When your membership comes due for renewal, we welcome you to make changes to your membership subscription. You can easily upgrade or downgrade your membership at that time.

Can I upgrade my membership before my renewal period?

Is my membership transferrable?
All NAPAHE memberships belong to the individual(s) named on the account. Individual Memberships cannot be transferred to another individual. Group Memberships are unique in that the roster of individuals who fill the membership seats can be modified throughout the year, including the primary/administrator on the account. Please email

Will my membership automatically renew?
At this time, memberships do not automatically renew.

What happens when my membership expires?
Memberships expire on the one-year anniversary of their initial sign-up (or most recent renewal). Upon expiration, you will have the opportunity to renew. We currently offer a 30-day grace period after the expiration date, during which you retain access to your account and all membership benefits. If you do not renew before the end of the grace period, your account will be suspended and you will not have access to membership benefits.

You may cancel your membership at any time. All memberships are non-refundable. Alternatively, you can let your membership expire without penalty.
