Announcing the 2024 Peer Connections Mentoring Program

The NAPAHE Professional Development Committee is thrilled to announce the continuation of the peer-to-peer mentoring program, Peer Connections, for the 2024 calendar year.

Sometimes you just need to talk to someone who understands what you are going through, who can offer objective advice, share experiences and expose you to resources you might not be aware of.  In most institutions there is only one person who understands your role – YOU; but at NAPAHE, there are over 800 of us!

This program is open to all active members, and peers will be matched based on similar professional interests and challenges, institution type and size, and role. After an introductory orientation meeting, peer connections will be asked to set up virtual recurring monthly meetings for six months.

More information and a link to apply for this year's cohort can be found on the Professional Development page of NAPAHE's website (membership required). For questions, please contact Eddie Cullinane, Professional Development Committee Vice-Chair, at This email address is being protected from spambots. Thank You for Attending NAPAHE's 37th Annual Conference

Thank you for your participation in the 37th Annual National NAPAHE Conference in Washington, D.C. We were so pleased to have over 400 professionals attend this year's conference! Your presence and engagement helped make it a resounding success, and we couldn't have done it without you. Your contributions to the various sessions and discussions were insightful, informative, and thought-provoking. The wealth of knowledge and expertise that you brought to the table truly enriched the conference experience for everyone involved.

I hope that you found the conference to be a valuable opportunity to learn, network, and collaborate with other professionals in our field. As a first-time attendee myself, I found your enthusiasm and support for one another contagious. It was great to meet so many of you in-person for the first time! If you have not yet done so, please complete the survey by January 31, 2024. We take your input seriously and will use it to plan next year’s conference.

Once again, thank you for your participation and for making the conference such a memorable event. We are working to finalize a date and location for the 2025 conference, and we will share that information with you soon.

We look forward to the opportunity to connect with you again throughout the year.
