Call for Board Nominations
The NAPAHE Board of Directors is seeking nominations for up to eight (8) board positions:
- The term of office for the Board of Directors members are three (3) years.
- Members of the Board will be elected at the annual meeting of the membership in March 2018 (Washington, D.C.) from a slate of candidates proposed by the Nominating Committee of the Board.
- The Board meets twice a year in person - once during the NAPAHE conference and once in the summer as a planning session to prepare for the annual conference and by telephone through the remainder of the year.
On behalf of the Nominating Committee, I invite you to submit an application for consideration of one of the open board positions.
We are actively seeking members who have experience in at least two (2) of the following areas:
- Fundraising,
- Risk management,
- IT and website design,
- Legal affairs
- Association management.
